Anyway as you can see below there are a lot of exercises and I like all of them. Some a lot! Because even though I do practice to the metronome everyday - you get in ruts - so this will give me some new angles to use on what I already think I know. I know 6 string arpeggios and scales - Major and minor mostly.
This guitar lesson shows me more I can do and develop and also guitar moves in ways I don't use yet but want to learn. I also have made progress with 2 and 3 string arpeggios and want to learn more. I see a lot here I like and can incorporate into improved fret board control. Its a great fret board work out for what it does! Don't skip the warm up either it has some exercises worth learning. The trick with this is to take it slow and gradually improve. In my opinion, there is more on offer here than speed for speeds sake.
Plus its an innovative, independent production from Rock House and its good for competition to promote diversity and the spirit of rock and roll! And there was a pamphlet! Its a more than solid presentation! Simple and to the point! You get this under your fingers and you'll be glad you did. Do not just do this to the exclusion of all else as far as your guitar fun goes. Rhythm exercises are key too!
